Aare Adetola Emmanuelking Speaks at Leadership Excellence Award and Gala Night

Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, welcomed guests to the Leadership Excellence Award and Gala Night, the grand finale of Adron's 2026 National Business Convention, themed "Beyond & Above 2.0".

He praised God for bringing Adron to this milestone, saying, "Tonight, we celebrate excellence, discipline, courage, and uncommon performance." He honored the awardees as "Marines" who embody Adron's spirit, breaking barriers and delivering results under pressure.

Aare Adetola assured stakeholders that the board and management have set a clear direction with their 5-Year Strategic Plan - Vision 2030, focusing on core products, land, housing, hospitality, and estate management.

He emphasized that Adron's people are their greatest asset, driving the company forward. To deliver Vision 2030, Aare Adetola said they have aligned behind clear performance benchmarks driven by excellence, speed, accountability, discipline, and unity of purpose.
