Children, Family Members Celebrate Life Well Spent Of Alhaja Olatunde Idayat Ogunnowo in Grand Style

It was awesome on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Ijebu Ode in Ogun State when the children of late Alhaja Olatunde Idayat Ogunnowo converged for her final burial ceremony.

Indeed, all the roads that led to the Central Mosque, Molipa, Ijebu Ode and Adeola Odutola Hall were jarmpacked with the who is who in the society, top  government officials, creme de la creme, family members and friends came together to celebrate a life well spent of a beloved mother and grandmother, Alhaja Olatunde Idayat Ogunnowo.

The event started at Ijebu Ode Central Mosque with prayers for the deceased and the children she left behind.

Thereafter the children and all the guests moved to the Adeola Odutola Hall, Degun Street, Ijebu Ode for the reception.

At the reception, tributes were said by the children, family members and some of the guests. They all hailed the late Alhaja Ogunnowo for the good deeds when she was alive and prayed for her soul to continue to rest in peace.

The vote of thanks was said by Mrs.  Olusola Ilori, as the event was anchored by MC Deji_comedian, and music supplied  by JP Music.
