In a brilliant display of corporate social responsibility and brand dominance, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has once again proven its mettle as Nigeria’s leading real estate giant.

The grand finale of the 2026 Ibadan Cultural Festival, held at the iconic Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, was not just a celebration of heritage; it was a resounding testament to Adron’s commitment to building communities and preserving the soul of the Pacesetter State.

The atmosphere was electric as the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, led a distinguished assembly of Obas, high chiefs, and government dignitaries in celebrating the city’s rich history.

Amidst the sea of traditional splendor, Adron Homes emerged as the heartbeat of the event, with its vibrant brand colors and innovative activations commanding the attention of thousands of attendees and millions watching via digital platforms.

A highlight of the day was the royal commendation from the Olubadan himself. Oba Ladoja, who occupies the world’s most unique republican throne—a system where leaders ascend a 22-step ladder of service—expressed his delight at the real estate giant’s immense support. The monarch showered blessings on the management, led by Group Managing Director Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, acknowledging Adron’s pivotal role in the festival's unprecedented success.

Speaking to the press, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo dedicated the success of the activation to the visionary leadership of the Group Chairman, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking KOF, and Vice Chairman, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking. "Our presence here is a tribute to the resilience and beauty of Ibadanland. Just as this city was founded as a military sanctuary that welcomed all, Adron Homes is dedicated to providing a sanctuary of shelter for every indigene and resident," she remarked.

The "Adron Experience" at the venue was nothing short of spectacular. The brand’s strategic touchpoints and the wildly popular 360-degree video booth created a viral sensation, allowing participants to capture high-definition memories of the festival.

Meanwhile, the dedicated Ibadan Sales Team worked tirelessly on the ground, engaging with the public and showcasing how the company is transforming the city's famous landscape—once defined by its "brown roofs"—into modern, world-class estates.

By merging the "Home Festival" concept with the cultural festivities, Adron Homes has successfully deepened its bond with the Ibadan people.

The company’s involvement honors the legacy of a city that birthed Africa’s first university and skyscraper, proving that while Adron builds for the future, it remains deeply rooted in the traditions that make Nigeria great.

As the festival drew to a close, it was clear that Adron Homes and Properties did not just sponsor an event; they elevated a culture, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of the people and the history of Ibadanland.
