A prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and House of Representatives candidate for the Ibadan North West/Ibadan South West Federal Constituency, Honorable Samson Fatola, widely known as Tesojue, has extended his warmest felicitations to the Muslim Ummah across Oyo State and the nation on this year's Islamic celebration.
In a goodwill message issued from his media office in Ibadan on Tuesday, Hon. Fatola urged Muslims to use the spiritual period to reflect deeply on the virtues of love, selflessness, and peaceful coexistence.
He noted that the country’s current socio-economic climate demands intense prayers and absolute dedication to national unity from all citizens, regardless of religious or political background.
The federal lawmaker hopeful also used the occasion to send special greetings to the rank and file of the PDP, praising the steadfastness of party leaders and members at both the state and national levels.
In a particular note of tribute, Fatola extended high regards to the PDP governorship flagbearer ahead of the 2027 elections, Barrister Hazeem Gbolarumi. He described Gbolarumi as a unifying force and a vision-driven leader capable of piloting the affairs of the state toward greater heights.
Fatola maintained that a combined dedication to the welfare of the people and a unified political front remain essential to achieving sustainable development.
He called on all party stakeholders and the general public to rally together in the spirit of the season to foster harmony and work collectively for the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.
