Oyo 2027: APC, Give Us Oseni and Leave the rest
By Seyifunmi Odunuga
At this critical moment, APC as a political party is confronted with a simple but defining choice: sentiment or strategy, familiarity or victory. As Oyo State gradually aligns toward the 2027 governorship race, the moment of defining decision is here again for the APC.
The message from the grassroots is becoming louder, clearer, and impossible to ignore — give us Oseni and leave the rest.
Hon. Aderemi Abasi Oseni represents more than just another aspirant. He embodies a rare blend of capacity, credibility, acceptability and connection with the people. In a political climate where electability is everything, Oseni stands out as a candidate who commands both structure and street acceptance.
Across communities, from urban centers to rural settlements, his impact is visible and his name resonates. This is not accidental. It is the product of consistent engagement, strategic empowerment, and a track record that speaks beyond political rhetoric.
Elections are not won by assumptions — they are won by strength, reach, and trust. Oseni has demonstrated all three.
For the APC, the path to reclaiming Oyo State is not complicated. It requires presenting a candidate who is:
*Marketable across all zones
*Acceptable beyond party lines
*Capable of mobilizing real votes
Oseni fits this profile convincingly.
The party must prioritize winning power over internal sentiment.
The call is not just political — it is strategic.
It is not just emotional — it is practical.
APC must listen.
Because when the people speak this clearly, the wise response is simple:
Give us Oseni… and leave the rest.
