Oke-Ogun 2027: Alhaji Saheed Adejare Yusuf (Alaran) Picks Nomination Forms, Pledges Transformative Representation

ISEYIN – The political landscape of the Oke-Ogun region is shifting into high gear as grassroots mobilizer and prominent political stalwart, Alhaji Saheed Adejare Yusuf, affectionately known as Alaran, has officially obtained his Expression of Interest and Nomination forms to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa Federal Constituency.

The bid comes amid swelling support from community leaders, youth groups, and local elders who view his candidacy as a fresh opportunity for dynamic leadership and development.

Speaking at a gathering of supporters in the constituency, an elated Alaran dedicated the milestone to the collective aspirations of the people of the four local government areas. He stressed that the zone requires a visionary voice in the lower chamber of the National Assembly to tackle long-standing infrastructural and socio-economic challenges.

The political stalwart noted that his decision to run stems from a deep-rooted desire to serve the grassroots and ensure that the dividends of democracy reach the most underserved communities in the constituency. He emphasized that the focus of his campaign will be on improving agricultural output, empowering the youth, and upgrading healthcare and road infrastructure across the four local government areas.

Alaran used the occasion to call for unity among party members and stakeholders, urging them to put aside personal interests and rally behind a collective vision for a stronger and more prosperous Oke-Ogun ahead of the primary elections.
