Certificate of Return: Fatola Applauds Gbolarumi, Says PDP’s March to Power Has Begun

​ The political atmosphere in Oyo State witnessed a fresh surge of intensity as Hon. Opeyemi Fatola, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Ibadan Southwest/Ibadan Northwest Federal Constituency, threw his weight behind Hazeem Gbolarumi following the latter’s receipt of his Certificate of Return.

​The event, which signals a significant milestone for the party’s internal cohesion, was hailed by Fatola as the official commencement of the PDP’s renewed march toward the Agodi Government House. Speaking with reporters in the wake of the ceremony, Fatola emphasized that the development serves as a beacon of hope for the party faithful and a testament to the resilience of the democratic process within the state.

​"The journey to Agodi Government House has started," Fatola declared. "This is not merely a celebration of an individual achievement; it is a victory for the people of Oyo State and a resounding confirmation of the strength of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party."
